Jan Christensen is a Customer and Client Services Manager with extensive experience in travel and tourism, retail direct sales, event planning, general business services and support. Her experience with large corporations such as United Airlines, Nordstrom and Starbucks in Seattle gave her the needed skills to own and run her own businesses after relocating to the Tucson area 10 years ago. She has been active in supporting multiple non-profit ventures.
A former Historian and Treasurer for the American Legion and an active American Legion Rider, she has acted as advisor and advocate for Veterans' causes for many years, and has helped plan and facilitate fund raising events. Her strengths include hiring, managing, and developing employees, project coordination, and analyzing processes for improved profitability while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
